I like the tree on the right leaning over and growing up the bank and its not the only one doing it in the photo.

I like how this tree looks like its been windswept as its been growing. The backdrop to it helps the tree stand out.

The roots of this tree look very old and weathered. I like the way its been captured with the light gives it more definition.

I love the textures and colours to this tree. This makes you look at a tree in a different way its unusual.

This photo is beautiful the roots of these trees are very exposed and give a very eire feeling.

I like the arch way these tree branches have created. The way the branches have reached the floor and the foliage coming from the tree makes an interesting feature.

I love this photo. The way that this looks to be an off shoot to the larger tree out of shot in the left corner. This has trailed it’s way towards the water and then rose up and sprouted a new tree.

This is a nice shot. I love the way the roots are shown in their sheer size. Very interesting feature is how the roots seem to be coming from high up in the trunk.

This photo makes you look deeper into it to see what is actually holding this tree up. The root structure is fully exposed and it’s clinging on at either side for dear life. Great shot.

I would like to see your best colour photos of an unusual feature of a tree. This could be the way the texture of the bark has formed, the way the branches are twisted or even the roots finding ways to the surface. Try to use your imagination when capturing your photos. Colour photos only please.
