Urban waterways have enabled the growth of civilisations. Cities have evolved from isolated backwaters to thriving hubs around these life forces. From the Thames, to the Nile to the Seine, rivers and waterways seem to take on personalities in their own right. They are hives of trade and activity; constantly moving, always flowing – always photogenic. We'd like to see your take on them for this contest.
