Vintage Clothing

This is a fantastic shot and creation, everything works here in harmony.

The way the atmosphere is created with the lighting and smoke in the abandoned warehouse raises this shot into the top level.

We also get an image fully on brief with 10 characters dressed in vintage clothing with a horse as a bonus!

I can appreciate the amount of work that has gone into this from a photographic and organisational level and it was worth it with the end a result that is excellent and worthy of a top 10 place. Congratulations!

This is a lovely image that works perfectly with its black and white edit. It looks authentic to the 1940's with everything in the frame true to that time period.

The main focus of the elegant woman in her outfit leads you on to the cars behind and then to the soldier at the back of the frame as you take it all in.

This image fully deserves its top 10 place, congratulations!

I love this image as it tells a story with all the elements working in harmony. The lighting is superb and it leads you through the frame from the suitcase in the foreground past the couple to the gaze of the man through the window showing the adventures ahead.

You get a feeling for the time period and the tones of the clothing are just right. The set-up, to look like a candid shot, is really well done and I can appreciate the skill of the photographer in bringing all this together into an excellent image.

This is a fabulous portrait that takes you back in time. It is very atmospheric and you can create you're own story about who he is and what does. The lighting is exquisite. His face is lit so well and I love the pop of the white in his hat.

The vintage clothing is absolutely on point for this challenge and the newspaper adds to the period.

This image immediately brought a smile to my face and that is always a good thing! This image stood out as unique and grabbed my attention.

I love the framing and in the case the centring of the couple in the image is just right.

I'm glad that this is a colour edit too as the colour of the red dress really pops on the vintage hat and dress. The splash of colour from the flowers on the front and back of the bicycle adds to the image nicely.
