What's not to love about this rockabilly/pinup style image with an incredible floral headpiece? This image represents beauty and summer, and I really love this about it. Even though there is a lot to look at, I'm always drawn back to the model's eyes. The lighting here is perfect, as well as photographer's great post-production. Slight haze which was created around the model makes it very dynamic and fragile at the same time. Well done!
Classy image of a classy car. What pin-up lady would not want to be driven in this beautiful Porsche 356. I really like the angle you took this image from and also the transition to black and white is very pleasing. The trees that are reflected on the car give the image a very dynamic feel. Vintage and retro indeed. Love it!
I really love this image, although I would not necessary put it in my vintage selection. This image is a great example of how we can play with lighting, show just a bit of our subject, but still show the full meaning of the message we want to pass onto our viewer. And the black and white transition is just perfect for it.
I absolutely love this image. It reminds me of the best, and also my favourite, pin-up painter Gil Elvgren. The model's expression is just perfect, and you have chosen the right amount of props and did not forget about the very important red lips, black eye liner and "victory rolls". Retouching of this image is taken to perfection and I am very happy that this pin-up masterpiece landed in first place. I would not be surprised to see this image in a vintage magazine!

Incredible image with incredible natural light. Even though the model is wearing a recreation of vintage clothing, I can still feel the glamour of the old days. It is a beautiful transition between a high-fashion shot and vintage glamour. The details are great too. Even though the image is very dark, I can still enjoy all the colours on her dress and especially her beautiful green gloves. This image is made to perfection. I also love the choice of location - not all pin-up images have to be done in studio.
Incredible transition to a black and white image. I really like the feel of it - it is not a typical vintage image, but I can't take my eyes off it anyway as there are so many things here that make me think of old times. The model's expression is wonderful and the lighting gives it an even deeper feel. Also it's a huge plus that the image was not spoilt in post-production with a lot of retouching - it's been kept very natural. You have done an amazing job!
What I love about this image? That the words fit perfectly into the image. I really like the expression of the model. You can tell that she loves the way she looks, and in the pin-up world it's the most important thing. Showing a bit of leg, having them crossed in a very flattering way and the fact that there are not too many props makes this a perfect image. Post-production is also nicely done, especially the colour of the background which makes it look very retro.
This is an amazing shot created with studio lighting and a bit of a help of post-production. I really love how the photographer managed to create a vintage feel with only red lipstick. I could easily see this image in a fashion magazine in a section with dresses for next season. The model's expression and the cropping makes this image original too. She looks very fragile, but powerful at the same time. I am very impressed with the way the photographer played with this image - well done!

Amazing HDR transition. Even though we see a very sad old car, the colours that you have used make this image seem very happy. I am very impressed with the angle and the cropping that you have used. Although I would probably edit the people and the stickers on the windscreen, but that's just my personal preference.
I really like the attention to detail in this image. The styling here is perfect, and the fact that the model is reading an old Daily Express is just brilliant. She almost looks like she does not know that you are shooting her. This image reminds me a lot of vintage movie scenes. It's very natural, not ruined with too much post-production and that is definitely a plus.
