Open Rating Results
Brief

Open to photographers with a bronze ranking. There are two other 'Waterfalls' contests currently open to other ranks. Take a look at the leaderboard for more information on Photocrowd rankings.

From the smallest rivulet dropping a few feet, to great spectacles like the Niagara Falls, waterfalls provide a noisy and awe-inspiring epicentre in what are otherwise usually peaceful stretches of landscape. They offer a great opportunity for long-exposure shots, and scenes of great energy and drama.

Our Ranked Contests are a chance for the Photocrowd community to compete alongside other photographers of a similar leaderboard ranking to themselves. There are 3 with the same theme running at one time - for photographers ranked 1-250 (Black, Gold and Silver); photographers ranked 251-1000 (Bronze); and photographers ranked 1001+ (Green). They are crowd-rated only, and carry additional (1.5x) ranking points.

How it works

Every photo submitted will be available for the crowd to rate once the submissions period has ended. You can see all the images uploaded to a contest, but will need to rate them to see how they’re ranked once the rating period begins.

Some contests on Photocrowd also have a judge. After the submission period closes the judge chooses their favourite images and writes some image reviews. The crowd and judge results will be announced on the same day.
