This contest is for your photos of wiers on river or canals, where a change in water level has been artificially constructed across the waterway. Images can be in colour or black and white but must be of artificial weirs, not natural waterfalls. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your creativity capturing moving water, so I am looking forward to seeing all your photos.
