I cannot stop looking at the emotion in this image. I appreciate the attention to water detail as it splashes all around. I think the composition is well thought out with the focus on expression and foreground and leaving the background blurry and unimportant. Great photo!

At first I wasn't sure if I liked the choice to make the image black and white, but the more I looked at it the more I liked it. I find the kayaker's expression to be a mixture of happy and focused, so the black and white leaves me curious about what is going through his head. The image shows strength and power. The attention to detail is great as it slides off the kayak and splashes around the kayaker. Great image!

I love how this photo keeps bringing my eyes around. The composition is flawless and the detail is terrific. The movement of the water continues to move my eye around the image making me notice the water detail. The yellow and orange kayak brings a nice pop to the dark water. The balance of light and dark creates a nice contrast and makes the mood very dramatic. I love this photo! Great job!

First off I love this photo because if you have ever been around or participated in whitewater sports you have seen that one guy in casual wear beat-bopping down the river. Paddle upside down super pitted in every rapid big or small. I love it! I think you did a great job capturing the "Oh Crap" moment. I like how clear the image is and how much of the water detail I can see. There is only one thing I would play around with (and this is just a personal preference of mine). I think the saturation could be bumped up a little bit to show more of the water color. I think the photo is just a little top heavy because of the dark water color. Overall great humorous photo!
