Wildlife in the Rain

After much deliberation, I went with this photo, because it's the one that literally took my breath away the first time I saw it. Interestingly, it is one of the only photos in the contest where the "wildlife" is just a tiny part of the image, yet adding so much life to it. The drama and doom of the image is truly remarkable. In the end, it was the uniqueness of the photo that won it for me! Thanks and congratulations!

Great moment to capture, showcasing the shyness of the animal too. The little branch in front of the animal is a pretty significant distracting element though, maybe a slightly different angle could've made the photo so much better! Thanks for entering the competition!
