Wonderful Weddings

This is the image that really caught my interest , it is an image that kept me coming back to look at it some more, I considered for a long time and still couldn't work out what it was that captivated my interest. For me, this is what I love about photography there really doesn't have to be a technical reason of what makes a photograph great, beauty is in the eye of the beholder as the saying goes.

Some of the aspects of this particular image that I love; the groom's stance!cIt is definitely unorthodox, but somehow really works for the way this image is constructed,, I really like the subtle interaction between the couple. Im left wondering what else is outside of the frame that is drawing their interest. The magnificent building in the background and the way the depth of field is managed to ensure both the foreground and background are equally balanced. In summary, this image intrigued me into picking it as my winner.

I love this image, this struck me instantly as fitting what I had in my mind that I wanted to get from this contest. I love the prospect, the light from the door way and of course the bride and wedding dress. The circular balcony makes the image but I an imaging it brings its own problems with symmetry but this is handled really well.

I love this! It is really well framed and exposed. What I really love though, is the sense of fun that this photograph exudes. The couple look like they are really having fun and making the most of their day and their photographer. This is the type of photograph that makes me envious when I have less than enthusiastic clients. thank you for entering this image.

For me this is a great bridal preparation shot, it demonstrates the hustle and bustle of the last minute adjustments and finishing touches, I love how each of the subject seems to have a task!! The window was such a nice place to frame this image.

I love the low perspective for this image, it really suits what has been captured between the couple. I am also intrigued by the venue and would love to see more of it. Weddings often have wonderful moments throughout the day and this looks like one of those moments. I really enjoy looking at wedding photographs that leave me with questions.
