Zoos and safari parks

Brief

Giving us an up-close opportunity to photograph a wide variety of exotic and interesting animals, zoos and safari parks are a great place to spend time with your camera, and don’t require super-long lenses to get intimate shots. There can be questions over the ethicality of poorly run and financed zoos and safari parks, but when done well they are great for education, and often have important breeding programs for endangered species. Any zoo and safari park animal images are welcome in the contest, as are images of zoos and safari parks more broadly, that may not even have animals in the picture.
