Middle age and extensive world travel in recent years has opened my eyes to the beauty and diversity of our surroundings that would previously go unnoticed and unappreciated. This realization hit me following a trip to Europe where, for the first time ever, I took photos that captured the true beauty of the people, food, landscape and culture. Soon after, I purchased my first high quality camera and vowed to capture the beauty of everyday life. In effort to develop my eye for photography, I turn to platforms such as this to draw further inspiration.
