I have always enjoyed taking pictures with my trusty point and shot and managed to capture and document my children growing up. As they have grow, so has my interest in photography and no matter how much I love my kids, taking pictures of them, was no longer enough. I ventured into my first DSLR about a year ago, and my learning curve has been vertical. I am becoming more and more interested in the technical aspects of making pictures rather than just snapping at everything and hoping for the best. I not totally sure where my area of interest lies at the moment, but on looking over my photos, I seem to have many scapes and buildings, so I guess instinctively I am more drawn to this genre.
