I have been an amateur photographer since the age of 15. It's a long time ago, and my father had a darkroom where we used to develop our black and white pictures ourselves to use in contests in the local photo association. Over the years, I have used a lot of different Canon gear, but I recently bought an R6 Mark II. And I can use my older 24-105mm 2.8f EF L USM lens via an EF-RF adapter. My next investment will be a prime lens. I primarily shoot landscapes and portraits, but I also love nighttime street photography. And since I bought a 100mm f2.8 macro lens I also do macro photography. Overall, I am passionate about photography and enjoy exploring different genres and techniques. I am looking forward to using my new camera and continuing to improve my skills. You can find a lot of pictures of Portugal in my collection. That's because I lived 3 years near Fatima where I had a B&B.
