Welcome to My World of Photography Hi there! My name is René, and I’m a licensed photographer trained at the prestigious New York Institute of Photography. Over the years, I’ve taken well over 1 million photos, capturing the beauty of the world through my lens. Photography isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion, and I’m thrilled to share my work with you. What I Do I specialize in creating stunning HDR images, Fake HDR images, panoramic shots, and HDR panoramas. These techniques allow me to bring out the depth, detail, and vibrancy of every scene, whether it’s a bustling cityscape or a serene natural landscape. In addition to my photography, I have a deep love for restoring old photos. There’s something magical about bringing faded memories back to life, and I particularly enjoy colorizing black-and-white photos to give them a new lease on life. My Gear and Tools I’ve worked with a wide range of camera systems over the years, from analogue cameras to modern DSLRs and mirrorless systems. Some of the cameras I’ve used include: Minolta DIMAGE 7 Canon EOS 1000D Canon EOS 650D Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II (my current favorite) I’ve also experimented with various compact cameras, like those from Panasonic, to ensure I’m always ready to capture the perfect shot. When it comes to editing, I rely on industry-leading software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Photomatix Pro, and the Daminon DAM system to refine and enhance my images. A Life of Travel and Inspiration Photography has taken me around the globe. I’ve lived in iconic cities like New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing, and I’ve traveled to countless other destinations. Each place has left its mark on me, and I strive to reflect the unique energy and beauty of these locations in my work.
