I have a lifelong interest in astronomy and, since moving to an area with low light pollution in 2014, I have started developing my skills at imaging the night sky. I am a retired aircraft engineer and am lucky to live close to an Air Weapons Range and see many military aircraft - another long term interest of mine. In addition, nature is important to me so this, too, is often a 'target' for my photography.
