It would have been the early 1970's when I first got interested in photography. And, then it wasn't that long until I joined a camera club. When a club ceased to exist I would eventually join another club! Over very many years most of these clubs ceased to exist. In fact in comparatively recent times there was only one club that is fairly local to me and another some 9 miles away. I finished up joining the one 9 miles away i.e. Tring Camera Club because I knew a number of their members. Since retiring in 2010 and joining the National Trust my interest in photography can sometimes get a bit like an obsession :-) I do very much enjoy photographing National Trust places. And, especially, photographing in Oxford.
