I am from Bristol, CT. and have been behind the lens since I was 17. Like all of you I've honed my craft over the years, taken some classes, watched videos, joined camera and photo clubs, talked with people to better my skills. When I was a wedding photographer, that is when all came together. When I was doing work for others, and seeing what they like, that really helped my skills. After wedding photography the rest is pretty easy. I also have done much real estate photography, and real estate photography I found the hard way has its own set of rules. Real estate photography does not follow many of the standard rules of photography. Forget about magic hour, and thirds. Just give bright, nicely focused images and the real estate agent is happy..
