Shouvik Basak is a serious photography enthusiast. Born and brought up in Kolkata (then Calcutta), he is currently based in Delhi area (India). His photographs have been showcased in various exhibitions and salons across India. He is the Gold Medal winner of Egypt International Photo Contest 2014, in Photo Travel category. He received the distinctions of Fellow of Federation of Indian Photography (FFIP) in 2015 and Associate of Federation of Indian Photography (AFIP) in 2013.
