I am Soumayan Biswas, a documentary and editorial photographer from Hooghly, West Bengal, India. My photography is rooted in the everyday lives of people, especially in rural communities where stories often remain unseen and unheard. Through my work, I try to document real moments of life โ struggle, resilience, culture, and hope. I believe photography is not only about creating images but about understanding people and preserving their stories with honesty and respect. Many of my photographs focus on human connections, traditional livelihoods, childhood, and the quiet strength of ordinary lives. The environment around me deeply inspires me, and I try to transform simple moments into meaningful visual narratives. For me, photography is a way to observe the world more carefully and to share stories that connect local realities with a global audience. ๐ Hooghly, West Bengal, India Documentary & Editorial Photographer
