I am a recently widowed retired Maxillofacial Surgeon. I have been taking photos for decades but only started to get a little more “serious” since retiring. Finding lots of inspiration on Photocrowd. A great community offering help, advice and good chat. What's not to like? Having so many and varied competitions pushes one to try new things and the feedback which is always constructive is really helpful in improving one's images and presentation. I'm particularly drawn to travel and urban/industrial photography.
