I started out in photography in 2007 photographing textures for 3D planets using Photoshop and Lightwave 3D, after a long-time creating space art I hit a rut. I realized that I didn’t “love” creating space art and was only creating it to pass the time. In 2016 I photographed a Zebra jumping spider in my back garden, since then I was hooked on macro photography and wanted to learn all I can about it. I had done macro photography before, dandelion clocks and so on but this jumping spider image captivated me and so the love of the macro world started and I needed to peruse it. In 2018 I decided, with encouragement from friends and family to create my macro YouTube channel in hopes of inspiring other photographers to try out macro photography.
