I’m a single mom of three, I grew up under the wide-open skies of Montana and now rooted in Idaho for the past 25 years. Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have years of experience in studio photography—including newborn and portrait work—but my heart has always been drawn to the wild, the unpredictable, and the beautifully unusual. I created Sunset Studios Photography as a way to share the world as I see it—through light, storms, color, movement, and moments that most people pass by without noticing. While I’ve photographed weddings and graduations, I’m most inspired by deep-themed events, historical reenactments, rural Americana, and anything that tells a story without words. My true passion lies in capturing wildlife, weather, and nature’s untouched beauty—especially the kind you stumble upon when you’re not even looking. One of my biggest dreams is to restore an old bus with my daughter and transform it into a cozy RV, built for the road. Together, we hope to travel across the continent, chasing sunsets, storms, wildlife, and the hidden stories tucked away in forgotten towns and open landscapes. For me, it’s not just about taking pictures—it’s about preserving moments, emotions, and the quiet power of nature and history. This journey isn’t just mine—it’s one I share with my kids, and with anyone who sees the world a little differently. Through Sunset Studios Photography, I hope to inspire others to slow down, look closer, and find beauty where others might not think to look. 📸
