I have been passionate about photography for 40 years and in my late teens I built a fully equipped darkroom within my bedroom which started my love of art and photography which has remained.. I combine photography, mindfulness and nature to help my own mental health and I run workshops to help other people to cope better with their often frenetic lives using the techniques which I have discovered and refined over the past 20 years.
