I’ve wanted to be a photographer for as long as I can remember. To capture certain moments in time. When I was young, I worked long hours in a low-level job just to buy my first camera, a Minolta X-700 SLR. I loved taking photos, but the cost of film and development soon became overwhelming, and photography had to be put aside. Years later, after retiring, I decided to give it another try with a Canon PowerShot G7 X, a GoPro 6, and my Samsung S20. I also started a YouTube channel to share my work, but with over 130 videos and little response, I realized I needed more honest feedback and inspiration. That’s why I’m here on Photocrowd—to learn, to discover where my creativity can grow, and to share some of the photos I’m most proud of. I’ve taken thousands over the past five years, across many subjects, and I look forward to sharing and hearing from fellow photographers.
