Bogdan Zarkowski

Bogdan studied art and design at the Croydon College of Art, Surrey, UK and later lectured there. As soon as he left college he started his own design studio. His clients were tour promoters for whom he designed many rock and pop posters. In the 70s Bogdan became art director of a string of London advertising agencies servicing the music industry. In the 80s he set up Zarkowski Designs, creating graphic designs for hundreds of rock and pop stars. As well as being active working for his music clients, he still finds time to follow his other passions - landscape, urban and torn poster photography as well as creating his own torn poster billboards.
