Very good work reminded me of a kaleidoscope ( one of my favourite toys from the 1960’s when I was young). The contrasts in colours are very complimentary and enhance the work. Thank you for sharing your work well done

I like the thoughts behind dedicating this to those who serve. The image is well composed and would make a very good Christmas card. The only slight criticism I could make is in my view the flame is slightly burnt out otherwise very well done

Good use of the leading lines from infocuus bauble to draw you into the background, the bokeh effect has worked well and although a single colour there is enough tonal variation to ensure it is not a boring image, well thought out

Definitely a different thought on Christmas given how many amaryllis are used as presents very unusual to capture the green at the centre so it made me think about the beauty of the bloom, thank you for entering and sharing your work

Letter box crop was imaginative with the lights leading in to a tunnel , possibly I would have moved the tunnel slightly to the right to make use of the third, there is also the second leading line which is the “unnetted” lights, exposure is good without burnt out areas Wel Done

Christmas is a time when many people put up decorations in their homes, towns and cities. Rather than grand displays and the typical “Christmas card scenes” of trees covered in decorations and tinsel, in this contest I would like to see more abstract images of Christmas decorations. Use your imagination and creative abilities to show Christmas decorations in a different way, such as using reflections, zoom burst or lighting effects.

Well presented good idea, I might have considered rotation the image so the pole gave a diagonal to draw you into the image more rather than orthodox south as shown, apart from that well composed good subject & white balance
