Great contest!

This is a lovely cute image. I love all the bright colours and tones and how they blend together really well. The position of the elephant calf in the frame is great. I like the natural feel and look of the image along with the calves' eyes gazing at the camera. A great image, well done.

This is a great natural shot of two lions. Many wouldn't like or take this sort of image but for this contest this is spot on as it is genuine natural wild animal behaviour. The position of them in the frame is great, they are pin sharp and blend well with the foreground and background. A great image, well done.

This is a great fun image. I love the way the three rhinos are positioned in the frame and their interaction with each other too. I especially like how the one on the left has its horn under part of the rhino next to it. The dust adds drama as well as impact to the overall feel and look of the image, which is also pin sharp. Well done.

This is a simple image that packs a real punch. The colours and tones blend beautifully together making this image really lovely to look at. It is soft and pleasing on the eye. It is pin sharp and very well taken. The focus that the lion has on you gives the image the intensity it needs to work. A really great image, well done.

WOW, this for me is one of the truest ways to depict an animal of Africa's Big 5. It is a 100% untouched natural shot. The fact that it is a sad, gruesome and cruel shot doesn't matter as nature isn't all cute and furry. It takes courage to take a shot like this due to this sadness. When images like this are seen it helps educate us to what the animal kingdom is really like, so well done. Photographically it is pin sharp, well composed and has great tones and contrast. The shadows on the leopard/s from the bright sun is great and has produced some nice shaded areas which you have handled really well. This is an amazing, well seen and superbly executed image. A very worthy winner too. Congratulations.
