All About Eggs (in colour)

What a familiar look! Thank you so much for entering this photo, as it reminds me of every Easter in my house that I can remember (which are quite a few). This is such a traditional image and the composition so beautiful on that window ledge., with the colours, textures and light working so well together.

Wow - what an amazing moment you captured here. Eggs are the symbol of new life, and this is exactly what you managed to capture so wonderfully in this image. Thank you so much for entering it into the contest and letting us all witness this precious moment.

You must have been very patient to achieve this photo - it's magical. The inclusion of some wisteria on the edge gives a wonderful contrast to the basket of eggs. The demeanour of the sweet little robin is so well caught in the moment, I absolutely love it. By sitting more in the background, he doesn't take the limelight of the eggs.
