Among the Heather

What is there not to love about this photo. A red squirrel eating its nuts among the heather. The photographer has captured a special moment as not everyone gets to see red squirrels as they can be very elusive. Well done

I love this shot because it is entirely different to everything else entered into the challenge. I especially like how the photographer has brought out the purple of the heather at the bottom right of the photo, and capturing the movement of the fireworks as well. Well done.

Wow Just to even photograph a kestral this close would be great oppertunity for most people. This is an amazing photograph with some soft focus on the heather and great detail of the kestral, Its eyes are pin sharp. Well done

Love how the photographer as used a long exposure in this photograph to capture the movement of the clouds and the slowing down of the milky water of the stream. Capturing the heather on the warmer land in front of the cold distant mountains. Well done
