Congratulations for 1st place in my competition. I've seen this image quite a few times now and always loved it, and its the perfect image that shows androgyny. I love her eye contact with the camera, you get really drawn into looking into her eyes. Although there is a lot going on in the background, the depth of field really helps you to ignore all that and just focus on her. Its a beautiful portrait. Well done.
Congratulations for making my top 10. This is a great portrait and really shows androgyny. I love the yellow background, it really makes the image pop. I spotted you had this image in black and white too, but in my opinion it works so much better in colour and I think that's because of their pale hair being a close colour to the background means the hair is lost in the black and white image. Being able to see all he colours and tones here really helps. Great Portrait Well done.
Congratulations on making my top 10. Their soft complexion and hairstyles show a lot of natural androgyny. I love the portrait of these 2, there seems to be a connection to each other which is nice. I also love the lighting and the tones. I think I would of ranked this higher but one of their faces is slightly out of focus and their neck is in focus instead which slightly takes away from the image. But otherwise, well done.

I would love to see your photos that explore androgyny, which refers to the combination or blending of traditionally masculine and feminine characteristics, either in terms of gender expression or personality. This could be images of people, or maybe styles of clothing or fashion. Examples may be a female with very short hair or wearing a trouser suit, or a male with long styled hair or wearing some makeup. Images need to show both masculine and feminine features, so if someone is in full drag it may not be obvious that it features both male and female characteristics. Photos can be in colour or black and white. I look forward to seeing your images.

Congratulations for 2nd place in my competition. Firstly, its a great image showing androgyny as there is just as much femininity in this image as there is masculinity. There is so much I love about this image. The soft lighting, the composition putting them to the side, their wonderful eye contact, and I also love how the pink in the wings complements the colour of their hair. Well done.
