Animals in Unexpected Places

This is such a beautiful photo! Despite the grey tones in the background, the light on the heron really makes it stand out, and you have managed to capture it clearly while also conveying motion. It's a very successful image!

What a great photo! I love that the cow is looking straight into your camera, almost to ask why you are bothering it. I have never seen cows on a beach, so this is certainly an unexpected place to find one in.

I love the simple composition of this photo! The blurred background draws the eye to the animals, and the red beak and eye of the bird stand out, making one immediately focus on it. It's a very successful photo, congratulations on second place!

I didn't actually know pigs could swim! These two seem to really be enjoying their time in the crystal clear blue water. I really like how you focused the image on just the pigs and water, simpler is better here.

You captured a great moment here. I often see toads and mushrooms portrayed together in art, but I have never seen a toad on a mushroom in real life. Although this mushroom is not a toadstool, it certainly makes a great toad stool ;) Congrats on first place!
