Love the water droplets in this. Lovely and sharp and good colours as well. A worthy top ten photo

This image stuck with me as soon as I saw it. Love the bluebells in this, they go nicely with the blue. The puffin is nice and sharp and also has nice colouring. I need to get back to Treshnish to see these myself. A worthy winner.

A classic image and nicely done. Good colours, nice background keeping the focus on the puffin.

I like the background (which I initially thought was rain). A bit different and gives a kind of painting effect. Not normally my sort of thing but it works in this image. Thanks for sharing

This caught my eye late on. Love the wider image with the puffin nice and sharp. Most of the puffin images were closer with less background so appreciated the difference with this one. The flowers in front are equally nice. A great image and worthy top ten. Narrowly missing out on top 3.

You've nailed this shot. I love puffins in flight and I think this was my favourite of all the flying puffin entries in this competition. Looks perfect, sharp and the colours behind come through nicely as well.

Love this shot. The glint in the puffins eye makes it for me. Lovely and sharp. Can't make up my mind if I'd have gone for a larger depth of field to try and get the others a bit more in focus but love it nonetheless and a worthy second place.
