Great potential for a stunning image. I'd go back if you can and push this composition. For example if you moved to the left and lower so you could get the paddle boarder above the horizon line so they are over to the right of the city like another sky scraper would be amazing. I think you've over processed the colours a bit, too much yellow and blue. And a fundamental error of a crooked horizon!! Has to be straight when it runs from side to side in this type of image. Really good effort though.

Love this image, it really captures a sense of the moment, entering the sea for a swim with your friends on a rough stormy day. The black and white really enhances the feeling of cold trepidation. and the composition with the seabird just finishes it off nicely. Well done.

Great moment! You can feel the power of the sea and the effort the boy is putting into the body boarding, the composition draws your eyes into the middle perfectly. Really nicely done. It makes you wonder if he made it or if the wave got him!

If only this was focused on the paddle boarder it would have been a perfect composition! Your eye would be drawn in but I do find it the wrong way round. Love this, I hope you got a few more shots from this moment.

What a great moment to capture, I like that is answers the brief with a sport I wasn't expecting to see by the beach. And a really nice balance on the processing, just enough detail in the shadows to get depth and texture to the shot with a nice gradation in the sky - you can feel the warmth coming through. Well done.

Close to being in the top spot, the composition is fantastic, the long exposure for the sea is lovely, just a tad over processed with the blue for me, I'd have liked some of the white sea foam to have added to the dynamic range. Really great capture and well done for beating so many others.

Beaches are places of relaxation and fun, so it follows they're also a prime location for sports! Surfing, volleyball, scuba diving... the list goes on. Photographers can find plenty of subjects to draw on; whether they look out to the water or keep their eye to the shoreline. Sun, sea and sports; let's see what you can do. Good luck.
