Thank you for entering this wonderful picture. Great light and shadow balance, which gives a beautiful overall warm glow to the entire picture. It has an Escher look & feel to me, although these steps are actually leading somewhere, instead of being optical illusions like in Escher's drawings. Great work ! Thanks for sharing, I will also put this building on my next Berlin visit list.

Thank you for entering this amazing picture in my Berlin contest. I've seen and taken many pictures of the Holocaust Memorial, but this one really stands out from the crowd, due to its low view point, and selective colour. It brings together the somberness of the monument, the cross at the front, the dead leaves and the impressive massive blocks. Last but not least, because of the low view point, it also evokes the image of rail tracks of the death trains leading into concentration camps. Whereas these lines lead to a young woman, who's obviously interested in the past. Congratulations, excellent work !

I stands out to me because of the contrast between the 4 horsepower Quadriga versus the soldier on his multi-horsepower tank. As a bonus, he's looking in the same direction as most of the horses. Great timing and definitely a unique shot of Brandenburger Tor. Very well done !

Thank you for entering this strong, evocative picture. The ghostly figure in the front & the squatting person make it into a unique document. As if a ghost from the past is looking at the grandchild of a survivor of the holocaust. Lines on the concrete walls leading the viewer's eyes into darkness, evoking a lot of other images, like showers & gas chambers. Very well done ! I will surely put this museum on my list for my next Berlin visit.

Thank you for entering this amazing capture of the dome. I've visited the Reichstag twice meanwhile, never managed to capture it from this angle. Including the level below almost makes it look like a space ship, ready for take off. Wonderful, warm colour tones, against a sky where darkness sets in. Very well done !
