Big is better in this architectural slug-fest between the tall, wide and generally attention-grabbing beasts of the built environment. If you’ve visited Bilbao recently then great, but it doesn’t have to be a signature building to enter this contest. What matters most is size, and that might also mean residential tower blocks, shopping centres and office complexes.
