this photo has amazing character. I love the amount of eye contact it really locks the viewers attention on the subject. Black and white was a really good choice for this photo it really emphasises the emotion and eliminates distractions. this photo also has awesome high contrast.

The central and closed composition really works with this image. it draws the viewer right into the subject. black and white was a really good choice to promote the story of the image. the highlights on either side of the subjects face rally make him pop too.

I love this photo. The subjects face has such an amazing amount of contrast, sharpness and mystery. The shallow depth of field surrounding the subject really emphasises him. it isolates him in a crowd creating a lovely amount of negative space. his eyes really catch the viewer too. it has just the right amount of highlights on it. this photo tells a story and is technically almost perfect. the only feedback would be to ensure the subject is either central or on a rule of thirds.

I love the emotions conveyed in this photo. the black and white tones work nicely to convey the story. the reflections on the window also add a really nice, soft and aesthetic feel. as well as adding to the story. the composition is really nice too. It follows the rule of thirds leaving just the right amount of negative space to draw the viewer to the subject. the darker tones around the subject contrast the her lighter skin tone assisting her in standing out.
