Black and White shadows in Architecture

Even if this is not a real black and white photo the shadows and the light represent what i imagined. I really like the bridge with the light parts between the darker metal parts.. Also the hänging lights in the middle are an interesting contrast to the lighter (blue) part around it. Very good job!

This is a nice backyard picture for this topic. Many people post photos with facades, however here the "less interesting" part is catched. I like the industrial charme with the white walls and the sterile light are a strong contrast to the black stairs. Thank you for this interesting picture.

In pictures which focus on shadows often the darker parts dominant the image. This picture immediately catched my eye because it it the opposite. It is very bright and white is the dominant color. Only a few pure black parts can be found. This makes this image very interesting.

This image is dominated by strong contrasts and perfect symmetry. The person in the centre let us know that this is not just a striped block, it has a bottom and a top. The shadows are almost perfect parallel, which is only possible at certain solar altitudes which you catched in this photo.
