I love the atmospheric look of this cake. the combination of chocolate and raspberries works really well. It is a very well planned and placed composition, combining the cake with complimentary dishes and colours. The lighting, although very subtle makes the reds pop without taking the glory away from the cheesecake. A wonderful entry that I am pleased to award my top spot.
