Brief

Once a necessary part of Industrialisation, the canal has been the living artery of many countries transportation for centuries. But after falling into disrepair many have been restored for our benefit as a place of leisure. Yes, there are many that still provide a function in providing a quick traffic free way to work but mainly we find the majority as a place for leisure. In this contest I would love to see what you have found on a canal, whether still a place of work or a place to get fit or just a means of getting from A to B.
