Loved the timing of this shot and while it very narrowly missed my top ten it was certainly worth commending. While photographing domestic cats may not be a regular thing for you, your understanding of photo composition certainly served you well. I love the free and playful nature of this kitten and how wonderfully you were able to catch it in this moment. The angle at which you made this shot, the lighting and focal points all contributed to a solid image! Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more from you.

This was such a fun image! The timing was absolutely perfect, combined with the crisp details in this image and what worked out to be a rather dramatic lighting, the viewer is pulled into this single moment. Creating a memorable experience out of an image can be a difficult achievement in photography, but this photo had many of these qualities. The only suggestion I have is keeping in mind all elements of composition. Knowing this is a huge challenge when timing is so random, a less distracting backdrop would given your subject even more emphasis. Great work, look forward to seeing more!

While this fella isn't going to win any points for being cute, this is fantastic shot and right near the top for me! The dark background allows the subject of this photo to demand all your attention, exaggerating the unique visual stimulus that only a hairless cat can demand. The clarity of the image itself is just stunning and it lends to an emotional connection with the subject. Whether its fear, discomfort or just curiosity, its hard not to FEEL something when you first see this image and that's what every Artist/Photographer should be trying to accomplish. Creating an image so powerful and memorable, it can be felt! Congratulations on a wonderful image and thank you for sharing it in this contest.

Exciting, natural and raw! I love that this capture was made outdoors. This is a very challenging environment to shoot in when you have such little little control over your subject and their behaviour. I love the timing of this jump and the fact that you really can't see what it is that has tis cat in full on attack mode. It leaves your audience looking for answers and then pondering all the possibilities. This was a wonderful shot! Congratulations and thank you for submitting your photo!

While this may not be a clear definition of a cat attack, it is one of my favourites because the image is composed so beautifully. You have captured a ferocious, almost fearless nature in this little kitten. Shooting this image from ground level was paramount to invoking a feeling of strength. But by offsetting that, with soft lighting and a wide aperture that makes it possible to attain this lovely Bokeh, you contrasted that strength with a dreamy innocence. Simply wonderful, well done!

Looking for some hilarious or down right frightening moments that feature our domestic feline friends. I want to see those little cats with a big cat complex. Whether they attacking your camera or tangled in a roll of toilet paper. The winning photo will respect all elements of an excellent photo including composition, color, focus, balance, etc. Photos may be in black and white or color. Just make sure it's hilarious or frightening and the photo features a domestic cat.
