I liked the angle of the shot which captures the curve of the chairs as well at the curves of the overall seating. The decision to make this photo black and white was a good one as it creates interest. I would have possibly gone a little bit further and turned the contrast up a slightly but that would just be personal preference. Overall a good image.

**This contest is open to photographers ranked 1001+ in this week’s Leaderboard.** We spend a lot of our lives taking the weight off, and reclining or perching on chairs. They can be simple slabs of wood, or elegantly crafted designs, and many a great architect has felt moved to create an iconic chair to form part of their legacy. Whether you’ve photographed a Mies van der Rohe ‘Barcelona’ chair, or a 50 year old chair in pieces in a skip, let’s get exploring the varied world of chairs.
