City Streets

This photo depicts the cities of the past. And I love that black and white was chosen for the photo. The choice enhances the reference even louder than if it were in color. It shows the difference of the past, but still the similarities of today. Wonderful!

City streets are known for tall buildings, people rushing around, and horns honking. This photo captures a moment of what could be complete peace in these streets. Nature has come to show itself; unabashed. It's a beautiful thing when we are not afraid to go where we shouldn't belong! Awesome!

This photo screams CITY! We have the yellow taxi. We have the yellow taxi taking the blonde girl to find her dreams. We have the blonde girl riding in the yellow taxi to her downfall, all while the yellow arches line the street. Superb.

I like this city street photo for a particular reason. Cities are supposed to be places of opportunities and wealth. They are were they elite go to form their lives. I see Mickey on the wall. He says this is the happiest city on earth. How contradicting that a gentleman is carrying his bed on his shoulder. Things are not what they seem. Thank you.

This picture echos the importance of what city streets are today. Beautiful picture of the alley surrounding the delivery driver. Love the graffiti artwork we only see the best of in our cities. And of course, the working UPS driver. Everything is fast paced in cities, everything is delivered and right now. Wonderful representation.

I love this photo because it took on an interesting prospective; a view from the taxi cab. Taxi cabs have been circling city streets forever, transporting people from one street to another. The photo allows us to see the driver's viewpoint, and possibly offers a brand new world to someone who has never seen the streets from the back of a taxi. Awesome

What a beautiful photo. It captures a city street as the day is closing. Wonderful lighting. The lights of the street are coming on as the light of day takes its break. People secure day's end; walking home and leaving the city wit those red tail lights.

I love the fish eye perspective of this photo. Typically, city streets are much more spectacular than what photographers can do it justice through the lens. But I see it all. The wanderers, the drivers, the bus riders. Incredible effort!
