**Open to photographers with a ranking outside the top 1000. There are two other 'Clouds' contests currently open to other ranks. Take a look at the <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/leaderboard/">leaderboard</a> for more information on Photocrowd rankings.** Your cloud photos will greatly depend on the conditions that day. They may turn out happy and bright, or grey, moody and sinister. Although you can’t control the weather, you can control other factors such as the time of day you go out. Sunset, for example, is the best time for capturing vibrant colours like orange, pink and yellow.
