The lovelyStaithes - As it happens I live close to this picturesque Yorkshire village. Your post processing has brought out a lot of strong blacks and deep tones - I think it works well. The boats and river lead well into the shot Choosing to include very little sky was correct in my view - it works well. I offer two point s of Criticism - 1)It could do with being a little sharper (Although I see you shot at f16) - Did you use a tripod and hyper focal distance charts? 2) The building seem to lean too much - Ensure your lens is at 90 degrees to the ground or correct in your post processing.
This image stood out to me, the wet rocks just shine. The long exposure has created eddies and swirls in the water which I also love. Good composition as well - the gullies in the rocks lead si really well. It looks like the sun was low in the sky but no pinks and reds in the sky - such a shame, a sunset or sunrise would have made this image even better. Sharp from front to back as well .
The dark tones in this image create a really moody tone. you have used the strong sidelight to pick out the zigzag shape of this breakwater. A really great effort . The breakwater is also well placed in the frame and by using a lens a little longer than I have seem used at this location the jetty dominates the scene.
This image may have ranked even higher but for a couple of points - the horizon has a definite curve. If you have editing software then normally its pretty easy to sort this out and straighten. Also I found my eye was drawn to the light area n the left hand edge (Waves) - perhaps this could be darkened a little so the breakwater is the sole point of interest. But a great shot !
Wow - A stunning image. You must be very pleased. Great composition- I love the 'V' effects of the waves, pier and light. Wonderful dawn sky and superb motion in the waves. Did you get wet feet? I can make but 1 suggestion, use lens correction to remove the slight distortion I can see. The Horizon has slightly more curve than I would expect and the pier legs seem to tilt slightly. To be honest I am perhaps just been picky.

This long exposure image works really well as a B&W conversion. A great range of tones has been captured - from the white of the clouds to the dark shadows. B&W conversion mean you focus on the form and textures of the beach. The photograher has managed to get the camera really low to the ground - the gives great impact to the rocks , smoothed by the motion of the ocean. The image has great balance - with the headland on the right balancing the large rock on the left. Whilst you can see a number of rocks for some reason the eye is drawn between the large rock in the foreground and the group of two - just to the left of the headland. The combination forms a triangle with the left rock and this stops the eye wandering out of the frame. The far island although small is vital - adding interest to the horizon. A great example of composition and when to convert to B&W - Well done.
A gentle image - the longer exposure has smoothed the breaking waves and the soft colours help the mood of the scene. For me the image is made because of the curves of the shoreline. The well spaced wooden groins help create foreground interest and the green net adds a focus point where your eye can pause. Although I really liked the image I wonder if it could be improved further. Whilst I quite liked the square format the large expanse of sky is mainly bland. I would crop back to a traditional landscape format. I also found the whites a little too bright and would tone them down slightly. Never the less a great image - Well done

This wind farm is close to my home - many people feel it detracts from the ocean view but in this image you show that actually the structure can be interesting in their own right. For many of us wind farms like this now form part of the coast of the UK. A sharp eye means you have managed to keep good separation between each turbine. The shutter speed has captured the rolling waves and power of the North Sea which I know so well. The Pano format also works well. If I had one tiny criticism it would be about the bird. You processing has made it blurred. Personally I would either remove it or perhaps use a custom brush in Photoshop to add in another sharper silhouette. Otherwise - Excellent image
Another gentle image which captures the UK coastline really well. Close to where I live you will find dunes with such soft sand and Marin grass. They combine to create lovely images such as this one. The rolling hills in the distance add greatly to the image. The misty haze is very much expected in these islands. I might have tried to get the camera a little lower - but perhaps that's just my taste. The grasses may then have had even more impact. I am planning a trip over to Harris and hope I can capture an image just as good.
