The Lake District is a region and national park in Cumbria in northwest England. A popular vacation destination, it is known for its glacial ribbon lakes and rugged fell mountains. This contest is a chance for you to showcase your very best colour landscape photographs focusing on one or more of the many beautiful lakes in the area. The lake must be a prominent feature of the image. Colour images only and please identify the lake in the description eg Derwent Water, Ullswater, Windermere etc.
