Daytime Sun in Colour (no sunset or sunrise)

This is one of those peaceful images that shout. The bright golden trees and autumn coloured grass lift the image really well. Then you add a lovely bright sky which has a lovely sun with a starburst to bring it all together. The playground below slightly set back in the image ties the image off nicely. A great calm image awaiting to be full and busy. Well done.

WOW, I really like your timing here. You have not only had to be patient to get the sun in the right place to shine through the hole in the ruins but you had to also get the angle right too. For me you have got it spot on. The Abbey is beautifully well positioned in the frame and so is the sun in the ruins. The huge starburst and rays tie it all together beautifully. Well done.

This is a lovely peaceful image. The buttercups blend beautifully well with the bright blue sky. The position of the clouds and the sun are great especially as the sun starbursts out from the centre of a flower head. A brilliant image, well done.
