As soon as I saw this I thought 'I think I know where that is', if I'am right it is the copse of beech trees on top of a hill just outside Lifton, near Launceston. I drive past it about once a week and thought to myself that the sun rising or setting through the trees throwing long shadows across the field would make a great photograph. This is the shot I would have liked to have taken. Maybe with luck one day I will take a similar shot.

Diminishing perspective can be described as the effect of parallel lines disappearing to a point on the horizon. The most obvious examples being looking down a road, river or railway line. The effect is exaggerated by using a wide angle lens. I will be looking for original and unusual ways of displaying this effect. Good luck.
