Doors and entrances

I really liked the colours, texture and composition of this image. It immediately evokes memories of being on holiday wandering around residential areas away from tourists with the terracotta pots and flowers sitting outside someones home. I think this could easily be a postcard as it is very visually pleasing. Well done.

I thought that this image really stood out from other entries due to the originality of the composition. I like that the point of focus is the train itself capturing a moment a split second using depth of field well. The warm tone of the image gives a stylised almost cinematic mood to the image.

I really liked this entry in which the photographer has used scale of passing walkers and the planter to give perspective to the tiny doors of the Fire Station. The attention to these small details make this make this a lovely entry. Well done.
