What a beautiful image, and a slightly unusual one as its taken with a light box/pad. Its a technique I've wanted to try for along time and although I have recently got a light pad I have not had the time to try it out. If these are the sort of images I can expect I will be very happy. It takes the humble flower image to a whole new level. With such an abundance of light you get fabulous crisp and sharp images with a clutter free background allowing the viewer to concentrate on the flowers with no distracting areas. Congratulations for getting in the top ten.
Congratulations on the Winning Image! Talk about smack you round the face with colour! It explodes in your face when you see it. I'm a big fan of beautiful bright colours and this one has certainly got the wow factor, and the colours all compliment each other. Its been cropped to perfection and is pin sharp. Out of thousands of entries it needed to be something spectacular to grab my attention. Well done on first place.

Congratulations for getting in the top ten in a contest with so many entries. I am staggered by the detail captured here. The colours are perfect and its so well composed and looks almost velvety. The water droplets give it a totally fresh feel. My only wish is that I would have liked to have seen the bottom left leaf in its entirety as my eye keeps getting drawn back to that. However its one of the most stunning images I've seen, so congratulations.

Well done on getting Commended for this image, I am not usually a fan of arty images but I feel the way you have done this looks very well suited to the image. The flowers accentuate the smooth flowing of the way you have edited them. It would make a very good image to print and hang on a wall. Well done and thank you for entering the image in this contest.
I am writing this review because I very much like this image but would like to point out a couple of reasons it did not get an award. Firstly I would have loved to see the entire flower, you have cut some of the petals off at the bottom of the image, and secondly that there is a splash of green at the top of the image which is distracting to the eye. It would only take a slight bit of editing out or when composing the image you could have kept anything else away. Just a little thought about including all the petals would have made a huge difference and it would have been a superb shot either worthy of a commendation or the top ten. I'm only offering a little helpful critique because I like the image so much.
