Take a look at the <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/leaderboard/">leaderboard</a> for more information on Photocrowd rankings.** Forest photography is one of the most challenging sub-groups of landscape photography, for the simple reason that the scene can so easily feel cluttered and steeped in unpredictable light. For best results, visit your scene either very early or very late, when the sun is low and the light not too hard. Woodlands are places of colours, contrasts and shadows; all things that can make a composition truly spectacular!
